Camera Ready and Copyright Release

IARIA Congress 2025, The 2025 IARIA Annual Congress on Frontiers in Science, Technology, Services, and Applications
July 6, 2025 to July 10, 2025 - Venice, Italy

Publishing editor: Mike

The camera ready and copyright release process is divided in eight steps. Please complete all these steps in order that they appear.

Step 1: Paper registration

Fill the registration form and submit it as instructed in the notification email you received from IARIA.

Step 2: Deadlines

The camera ready manuscripts will go through a technical and scientific final revision. In order to accommodate these activities, as well as the proceedings production, please respect the manuscript submission deadline.

Step 3: Content

The evaluators have put time into providing you with feddback. It is mandatory to consider their comments for the final manuscript. A cross validation will be done on the camera-ready version that you are uploading in Step 7.

The final manuscript must contain the same content as the original submission accepted for publication. Adding or removing substantial material is not accepted at this last stage, except for changes required by reviewers.

For inquiries, please contact steve@iaria.org who will coordinate between the authors and the technical program committee to answer your questions.

There is a maximum of 6 pages for a regular submission.

Extra pages: Up to 4 extra pages at extra cost (i.e. a total of 10)
See registration form for complete details.

Step 4: Formatting

MS Word users can use this template page

There is a community provided LaTeX template: the CTAN package iaria (with full IARIA formatting rules, including IARIA citation style, but for providing citation style it is tightly bound to pdflatex+biblatex+biber). In addition, there is also iaria-lite (not bound to pdflatex+biblatex+biber, but compatible with any TeX stack; thus, it cannot provide the IARIA citation formattings, but only the titlepage and content-related IARIA formatting rules). Based on the iaria package, there is a minimal working example as Overleaf template.

Step 5: Producing the PDF

MS Word users will have to convert their work to PDF for final document submission. Your can use desktop software for this conversion, or any number of free online conversion services. Once the conversion has been done, please make a final verification on the produced PDF file to make sure it properly reflects your original work.

The PDF file that you submit must have the following security and restriction settings: no password encryption, printing allowed, content copying allowed, and page extractions allowed. Fonts must be embedded.

Step 6: Copyright release

The copyright release form has to be completed as part of your camera ready submission. In essence, the copyright release is a transfer of publication rights, which allows IARIA and its partners to drive the dissemination of the published material. This allows IARIA to give articles increased visibility via distribution, inclusion in libraries, and arrangements for submission to indexes.

Fill the form below and click the Submit button, which will open a new window for the completion of the copyright release.

Step 7: PDF file submission

It is critical that you pay attention and include all the information in the form below. Based on this data, the proceedings and author lists will be generated.

Please write out the full first and last names of the authors. Do not use initials for the first name or last name. Some indexing services (such as DBLP) require full names of the authors. If there are middle initials, please include them inside the field "first name".
